An Alabama federal judge on Monday limited discovery to whether her court has jurisdiction over two of the three counts in a proposed class action accusing TWS Marketing Group Inc. of falsely marketing its HomeMaker Premium orange juice.

Consumers slapped TWS Marketing Group with a proposed nationwide class action Thursday in Alabama federal court, claiming the Florida-based company lied that its HomeMaker Premium orange juice was not made from concentrate.
