A California federal judge on Monday threw out a lawsuit by Airs Aromatics LLC claiming that Victoria's Secret Stores Brand Management Inc. breached a trademark licensing agreement when it stopped paying to use the mark "Angel Dreams" for personal care products.

Victoria's Secret Sued Over Dream Angels
Airs Aromatics LLC, which owns the rights to the trademark "Angel Dreams," sued Victoria's Secret Stores Brand Management Inc. for breach of contract Thursday in California federal court over the lingerie retailer's Dream Angels beauty product line.
