A California federal judge indicated Friday that he will approve a $1.3 million settlement between bath products chain Bath & Body Works LLC and a class of 730 managers over claims they weren't paid for hours they spent preparing employee evaluations and other reports.

Bath & Body Works LLC agreed Tuesday to pay up to $1.3 million to settle class claims that it forced managers and co-managers at its California retail stores to prepare employee evaluations and other work reports off-the-clock.
