SEC's Case Against Ex-Home Diagnostics CEO Reopened
A New Jersey federal judge granted the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission's request Monday to reopen its lawsuit against the former head of medical device maker Home Diagnostics Inc., who pled guilty to insider trading ahead of a merger in a corresponding criminal case last year.
