Worldwide Flags Error In Bed Bath & Beyond Attys' Fee Award
Worldwide Home Products Inc., which was recently ordered to pay Bed Bath & Beyond Inc. nearly $820,000 in attorneys' fees and costs after it beat Worldwide's patent infringement suit, told a New York federal judge on Wednesday that the award should be reduced by about $15,000 due to an inadvertent clerical error.
