AT&T's $3M OT Suit Settlement Sunk By Flawed Claims Release
A California federal judge on Thursday shot down a proposed $3.1 million settlement to resolve allegations by a putative class of employees that AT&T Inc. improperly denied them overtime, citing problems with a provision barring class members from bringing federal claims unless they opt out.

AT&T To Pay $3M To End Calif. Overtime Claims
AT&T Corp. agreed Monday to pay $3.1 million to a proposed class of customer service employees who claimed the telecommunications giant miscategorized them and deprived them of overtime wages.
