Fox Can't Dodge Trademark Suit Over 'The Gates'
A federal court in Iowa refused to dismiss a religious programming producer's trademark suit against Fox Television Studios Inc. on Friday, finding the court has personal jurisdiction to hear infringement allegations against the production company's failed supernatural crime drama "The Gates."
