A Mississippi federal judge on Wednesday sent to Illinois JESCO Construction Corp.'s lawsuit against the Federal Emergency Management Agency, Henderson County, Ill., and others over $30 million allegedly owed under contracts to provide flood relief services in 2008.

JESCO Construction Corp. filed suit in Mississippi on Friday accusing Illinois officials of conspiring with federal and state emergency authorities to deny it more than $30 million in payment on a pair of contracts to provide flood relief services in 2008.
