Whistleblowers Fight To Keep Medicare Fraud Suit Alive
Two whistleblowers who allege medical device maker Kinetic Concepts Inc. has for years flouted the False Claims Act by miscategorizing Medicare charges for vacuum wound therapy asked a California federal judge Thursday to reject the company's bid to quash their claims, saying KCI's request has no merit.
