Soft drink giant Dr Pepper Snapple Group Inc. has agreed to set aside its trademark and distribution fight with a Texas soda bottler and Dr Pepper licensee, the companies announced Wednesday.

A Texas soda bottler on Wednesday fired back at Dr Pepper Snapple Group Inc., noting that despite filing a federal trademark infringement lawsuit against it, the soda giant and its executives have praised the very products at issue.
