A California federal judge has found Abercrombie & Fitch Stores Inc. liable for religious discrimination for firing a Muslim employee who refused to remove her headscarf, rejecting the retailer's claim that accommodating the worker presented an undue hardship, the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission announced Monday.
