Yellow Pages Publisher Will Pay $3M To Settle OT Suit
SuperMedia Inc. will pay $3 million to settle a three-year-old collective action alleging it failed to properly pay overtime wages in violation of federal law, according to a joint motion for settlement filed Friday by the prominent yellow pages publisher and plaintiffs in Texas federal court.
