Cooperator In Rajaratnam Prosecution Seeks Probation
Former Intel Corp. executive Rajiv Goel, who gave confidential information to Raj Rajaratnam then testified for the prosecution at his trial, asked a New York federal judge on Friday not to sentence him to prison, saying his involvement in the scandal already has ruined him.
