Wendy's International Inc. and a Florida seafood chain have resolved allegations that the fast food giant co-opted the smaller company's "You Can't Fake Fresh" slogan after a Florida federal judge on Friday signed off on an order dismissing the trademark suit.

Seafood chain Pincher's Crab Shack slammed Wendy's International Inc. with a 15-count suit in Florida on Tuesday alleging federal and state trademark infringement, unfair competition and other violations over the burger giant's use of the tagline "You Can't Fake Fresh."
