Avis, Budget Reach Deal In Travel Rewards Class Action
Avis and Budget have struck a settlement potentially worth more than $13.7 million, not including legal fees, in class action litigation in New Jersey in which consumers have accused the rental car companies of concealing fees as part of travel rewards programs, according to a federal court filing Friday.
