SEC Wins Asset Freeze In Arch Insider Trading Suit
The U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission scored an asset freeze order against three Swiss companies in New York on Friday after accusing them of insider trading in Arch Chemicals Inc. just before Lonza Group Ltd. unveiled a $1.2 billion deal to buy it.
