Medicis Pharmaceutical Corp. dropped its dispute with Perrigo Co. Inc. on Friday after they reached a license and settlement agreement over Perrigo's generic version of Medicis' seborrheic dermatitis treatment Loprox shampoo that Medicis claimed violated its patent.
