Fox News Network LLC on Friday resolved a photographer's claims that her copyrighted image of activist and fugitive Assata Shakur was used without authorization during political commentator Bill O'Reilly's widely publicized interview with comedian Jon Stewart.

A photographer slapped News Corp. with a copyright infringement lawsuit in New York federal court on Friday, alleging that her image of fugitive Assata Shakur was used without authorization during Fox News Network LLC personality Bill O'Reilly's much-hyped interview with comedian Jon Stewart.
