Temp Agency Puts Up $1M To Quell Juniper Workers' OT Claims
A global staffing agency that placed workers at Juniper Networks Inc. agreed Friday to pay $1.25 million to settle a class action filed by the workers, who claimed they were denied overtime pay while working for the computer network company.

Computer network company Juniper Networks Inc. was sued Thursday in California by a class of temporary workers who allege the company skimped on overtime pay in violation of state and federal laws.
