A Florida federal judge on Tuesday ordered a personal trainer who brought a putative class action against 24 Hour Fitness USA Inc. for allegedly failing to pay overtime to resolve his claim by binding arbitration.

Personal trainers and sales counselors of 24 Hour Fitness USA Inc. hit the gym chain with two putative class actions in Florida on Friday, alleging they were never paid overtime in violation of the Fair Labor Standards Act.
