The producer of the MTV reality show "The Real World" asked a California federal judge Thursday to throw out a video producer's copyright suit over images of dancing women in silhouette, arguing the videos in question were "fleeting and barely perceptible."

Viacom Hit With Copyright Suit Over 'Real World' Scenes
The producer of the MTV reality show "The Real World" and the network's parent, Viacom International Inc., were sued in California federal court last week for filming episodes that contained a company's Shadow Dancers product, allegedly violating its copyright.
