Law firm Kluger Peretz Kaplan & Berlin PL and Axis Surplus Insurance Co. have resolved a federal lawsuit by Interstate Fire & Casualty Co. seeking to recover $5 million that Interstate tendered to help Kluger Peretz settle malpractice allegations, according to a dismissal order Tuesday.
