A Texas federal judge has declined to rethink her dismissal of a proposed class action claiming UBS Financial brokers hid Enron's fraud from retail investors, saying that investors waited too long to try to fix their claims.

UBS Financial Services Inc. on Tuesday urged a Texas federal judge not to revive a proposed class action against it that claimed its brokers hid Enron Corp.'s fraud from retail investors, saying that the investors' argument that they were wrongly denied a chance to amend their claims is untimely.
