E-Book Antitrust Actions Off To Slow Start
A New York federal judge said Thursday that newly filed antitrust class actions alleging Apple Inc. and six leading publishers fixed the prices of e-books will be on hold until at least December while a venue is determined.

New E-Book Price-Fixing Suit Snares Random House
Apple Inc. and six leading publishers were accused by consumers in a New York federal court Thursday of fixing the prices of e-books in a putative class action that follows an earlier California suit and adds Random House Inc. to the mix.
