Judge Trims OT Action Against Hollywood PR Firm
A California federal judge on Thursday trimmed claims from a proposed class action lodged by an ex-employee of Hollywood publicity firm Rogers & Cowan who claims he was forced to work after-hour parties without pay or state-mandated breaks
