E-Book Antitrust Actions Off To Slow Start
A New York federal judge said Thursday that newly filed antitrust class actions alleging Apple Inc. and six leading publishers fixed the prices of e-books will be on hold until at least December while a venue is determined.

Apple, Publishers Accused Of E-Book Price-Fixing
Apple Inc. and five of the top publishing companies in the U.S. were hit with a putative antitrust class action in California federal court on Tuesday accusing the companies of conspiring to illegally fix prices for e-books.
