Texas Sues Writer Over 'Don't Mess With Texas' Novel
The Texas Department of Transportation on Friday launched a trademark infringement and unfair competition suit seeking to bar an author and several book retailers, including Barnes & Noble Inc., from selling a romance novel called "Don't Mess With Texas."
