Syngenta Seeds Inc. and Bunge North America Inc. filed a stipulation of dismissal without prejudice Friday in Iowa federal court, ending a three-year dispute about Bunge's alleged false advertising campaign against Syngenta's genetically modified corn and its export clearance.
