No Defense For Imperial Under $25M Policy: AGLIC
American Guarantee & Liability Insurance Co. sued Imperial Sugar Co. on Friday, saying it is not obligated under a $25 million excess coverage policy to defend Imperial over a 2008 sugar refinery explosion in Georgia and resulting worker lawsuits.
