Calif. Homeowner Targets Class Over Plumbing MDL Talks
A California homeowner on Tuesday asked a Minnesota federal court to nix class certification in a multidistrict litigation accusing Uponor Inc. of duping consumers into buying faulty plumbing systems, arguing class members making California law claims were not fairly represented in settlement talks.

RTI, Uponor Strike Deal To End Plumbing System MDL
Radiant Technology Inc. and its successor Uponor Inc. have agreed to fund repairs and pay up to $2.4 million in attorneys' fees and costs to settle multidistrict litigation claiming they violated warranty agreements and deceived customers into purchasing faulty plumbing systems, the plaintiffs said Thursday.
