Dial Can't Wash Away Antibacterial Soap Marketing MDL
The Dial Corp. on Tuesday failed to erase multidistrict litigation claims that it falsely advertised the antibacterial strength of its Dial Complete hand soap when a New Hampshire federal judge found the plaintiffs had sufficiently claimed Dial's wash was not necessarily more effective than plain soap and water.
