A Pennsylvania federal judge ruled Wednesday that a putative class action against Trumbull Insurance Co. and Hartford Financial Services Group Inc. over allegedly inflated workers' compensation insurance premiums could move forward, denying the defense's motions to dismiss claims of unjust enrichment and breach of contract.
