A Florida federal judge refused Monday to dismiss a putative overtime collective action against Lucky Brand Dungarees Stores Inc. and told the parties to file a copy of their settlement agreement or demonstrate why it shouldn't be publicly available.

Sales employees for Lucky Brand Dungarees Stores Inc. filed a proposed class action Tuesday in Florida federal court alleging a store manager cheated them out of hourly compensation and deprived them of overtime wages.
