Attys Accused Of Trying To Hijack Wells Fargo OT Suit
Texas attorneys representing mortgage consultants in a nationwide overtime collective action against Wells Fargo & Co. claimed Wednesday that rivals from a similar suit in New Jersey were attempting to hijack the case by filing a bid to become lead counsel in the multidistrict litigation.
