Provident Royalties, Creditor End $37M In Bankruptcy Disputes
A Texas bankruptcy judge on Tuesday approved a settlement between defunct Provident Royalties LLC and a creditor, oil and gas title services provider PFM LLC, putting to rest dueling lawsuits over unpaid fees and alleged fraudulent transfers that had sought a combined $36.8 million.

Provident Creditor Fights Trustee's $31M Clawback Suit
A creditor and former contractor of defunct Provident Royalties LLC told a Texas bankruptcy judge Thursday that a court-appointed trustee was using a $30.8 million fraud countersuit to attempt to intimidate the creditor, an oil and gas title services provider, into dropping a $6 million lawsuit.
