Suit Over 'Real Housewives' Star's Margarita Ads Pared
A Florida federal judge on Wednesday threw out part of a putative class action accusing "Real Housewives of New York City" star Bethenny Frankel's liquor company of falsely marketing its margaritas as all natural, but will accept an amended complaint with more specific allegations.

Former "Real Housewives of New York City" reality star Bethenny Frankel's company, Skinny Girl Cocktails LLC, was hit with a $5 million proposed class action Friday alleging it lied to consumers by promoting its margaritas as being made with all natural ingredients.
