A federal judge on Friday kept alive a proposed class action accusing Beam Global Spirits and Wine Inc. and a reality TV star of falsely advertising their Skinnygirl Margarita as all-natural, rejecting Beam's contention that consumers' problems were with retailers, not the manufacturer.
