A nonprofit government supplier of vegetable oil for export and domestic use that claims the U.S. Department of Agriculture unfairly suspended it over the actions of its bankruptcy trustee lost a bid in Tennessee federal court Thursday to bar the suspension.

A Tennessee nonprofit that supplied vegetable oil to the U.S. Department of Agriculture for use both domestically and in exports sued the agency Tuesday, arguing it was unfairly suspended for the actions of its bankruptcy trustee and a rogue employee.
