A New Hampshire federal judge on Tuesday stayed, pending an appeal, a putative class action alleging Grant & Eisenhofer PA sought attorneys' fees from Tyco International Ltd.'s $3.2 billion securities settlement that were outside the terms of a contractual agreement with clients.
