Industrial Cleaning Cos. Sued Over Ga. Superfund Costs
The U.S. on Friday sued two industrial cleaning companies and their owner for more than $713,000 in response costs over Superfund sites in Georgia that a onetime business associate used for his waste recycling business before he eventually went bankrupt.
