Insurer Off Hook For Wholesaler's Defective Drywall Suits
A Pennsylvania federal judge said Friday that Cincinnati Insurance Co. owed no duty to defend wholesaler Devon International Inc. in litigation over defective Chinese drywall because Devon's purchase of the drywall occurred outside its policy period.
