    Cargill Asks For New Trial After Losing E. Coli Row To UFG

    Cargill Inc. on Thursday urged a California federal magistrate judge to toss a jury's finding that Cargill supplied United Food Group LLC with contaminated meat that led to an E. coli outbreak that cost UFG more than $20 million, arguing the jury relied on inadmissible or unreliable evidence.
