Employees who raised red flags over what they saw as rampant Medicaid overbilling at Michigan medical supply firm J&B Medical Supply Co. Inc. have dropped three claims from their False Claims Act suit against the company, while the U.S. has agreed to dismiss its complaint without prejudice.
