Forex Fraudsters Ordered To Pay $5.8M In CFTC Suit
The U.S. Commodity Futures Trading Commission said Tuesday that Alpha Trading Group SA and its principals have been ordered to pay $5.8 million in its Florida suit accusing them of running a fraudulent off-exchange foreign currency and commodity futures scheme.

CFTC Calls Panamian Commodity Pool $1.7M Ponzi Scheme
U.S. futures and commodity regulators on Tuesday alleged in Florida federal court that a Panamanian commodity pool operator that claimed to produce monthly profits of up to 26 percent was actually a $1.7 million Ponzi scheme.
