    Hartford Sues To Duck Oil Supplier's PCB Cleanup Bill

    Hartford Casualty Insurance Co. launched a lawsuit in Texas federal court Thursday seeking a declaration that it shouldn't have to indemnify a waste oil supplier in a $50 million suit accusing the company of sending oil contaminated with polychlorinated biphenyls to a refiner.
