Enviros Fire Opening Shot In TransCanada Pipeline Fight
Three environmental groups fired what they called an opening salvo in a battle against the $7 billion Keystone XL pipeline, filing a suit Wednesday in Nebraska federal court accusing the government of allowing TransCanada Corp. to begin work before it receives the necessary permits.
