Willkie Farr & Gallagher LLP has reached a settlement with Reserve Management Co. Inc. for an undisclosed amount in a malpractice suit claiming the firm made deceptive disclosures about its money market fund following the Lehman Brothers Holdings Inc. collapse, according to a stipulated dismissal order filed Monday.
