AT&T Says OT Fight Belongs In Arbitration Under Union Deal
An AT&T subsidiary urged a Missouri federal judge Tuesday to dismiss a collective action accusing it of failing to pay employees overtime wages for time spent performing union duties, arguing that a new collective bargaining agreement should now force the parties to arbitrate.

AT&T Unit Workers Win Class Status In Union Duties Suit
Employees of Southwestern Bell Telephone Co., a subsidiary of AT&T, won conditional class certification in Missouri federal court on Monday in a suit accusing the company of failing to properly pay employees for time spent performing union duties.
