3rd Circ. Urged Not To Let Dahdaleh Arbitrate RICO Case
Smelter Aluminum Bahrain BSC told a Third Circuit panel Tuesday that a Pennsylvania federal court should have never allowed Canadian investor Victor Dahdaleh to move his part of a racketeering and bribery suit Alcoa Inc. settled in 2012 to arbitration, saying he waited too long to invoke it.
