Volvo Settles With Remaining Plaintiffs In Engine Defect Suit
Volvo Group North America LLC has reached an undisclosed settlement with roughly 20 plaintiffs who accused the car maker of concealing truck engine defects from consumers and needlessly costing them money, according to papers filed Tuesday in North Carolina federal court.
